About the Program
-
This program works well for people who are tired, overwhelmed, or rebuilding after burnout — as long as there is enough steadiness to engage with the material. You do not need to feel ready. You need to be functioning well enough to show up. If you are currently in acute burnout, the Foundation or a period of rest first will serve you better.
-
Because the patterns you are working with have been in place for years — often decades. The program is designed for fourteen weeks because that is genuinely the minimum required to begin changing them in a lasting way. Module 4 runs across two weeks because thought patterns are deeply ingrained and one week is not enough. Module 7 runs across two weeks because behavioural change requires time to accumulate real evidence. Modules 8 and 9 require time and space to process what surfaces. Module 12 needs to arrive after enough has actually changed that the personal manifesto you write means something real. The length is not padding. It is the work.
-
Most programs work with one layer — mindset, behaviour, or emotion. We work across all three simultaneously, and add a fourth: the body. High-achievers often find that their sophistication has become part of the pattern — the ability to analyse and reframe used to stay just above the feeling rather than in it. This program will meet you at the level you are actually at. And it will ask you to go somewhere your intelligence alone cannot take you.
-
The belief that you should be able to do this alone is itself one of the patterns the program works with. Nobody built their nervous system alone. Nobody changes it alone either.
Self-study vs. Cohort
-
The Reset Society self-study is not a course you do alone. From day one, you are part of a monthly intake group with its own private WhatsApp group, hosted by Jolanda. Weekly prompts keep the work moving. Monthly live Q&As with Debby via Google Meet give you direct access to the person who built the program. And we match you with an accountability partner — someone else in the material at the same stage — so there is a real person on the other side of this, not just a screen. Most courses get abandoned because there is nothing and no one holding you to them. That is what we built against.
-
The curriculum is identical. What differs is the level of support, structure, and live access to Debby. Self-study suits people who are self-directed and want flexibility — held by a monthly WhatsApp group and live Q&As. The cohort suits people who work better with accountability, connection, and being held in real time — with weekly calls via Google Meet, hot seat sessions, and 1-on-1 sessions with Debby.
-
Some participants find that a particular situation, relationship or decision benefits from additional one-to-one attention. If you'd like more personalised support alongside the program, you can book individual coaching sessions with Debby separately. About Therapy & Prior Experience
-
Yes — the program builds from the ground up and does not assume prior knowledge. Many participants find that starting here gives them a framework they wish they had had years earlier.
-
Yes, and many participants do. The two serve different but complementary purposes. We recommend letting your therapist know you are doing the program.
-
Probably not. Many participants have done significant therapeutic work before arriving here — and consistently describe this as reaching them through a different door. The program is designed to bridge insight and lived behaviour: to take what you already understand about yourself and make it real in daily life.
Practical Questions
-
Yes. A few focused hours per week, spread across the week rather than completed in one sitting. The work integrates best when you bring it into daily life.
-
You have lifetime access to all materials. There is no behind.
-
If you complete the first three modules and feel the program is genuinely not right for you, contact us within 30 days of purchase and we will issue a full refund. A simple email to hello@theresetsociety.com is enough. We ask that you complete the first three modules before requesting a refund because that is the minimum required to experience what the program actually is.
-
Yes. The cohort is available in two instalments of €1,050 each — the first on enrolment, the second at the start of week five. The self-study is available in two instalments of €260 each. To pay in instalments, select that option at checkout or contact us at hello@theresetsociety.com.
-
Access to all materials is yours for life. The WhatsApp group you were part of continues beyond the program — you remain connected to the people you met and to Jolanda's ongoing hosting. Many participants find that returning to earlier modules six months later lands completely differently once they have lived more of the work.
-
The Foundation is a three-week introduction covering the life audit, inner voices, and emotional awareness. Complete in itself — even if you never go further. The Reset Program is the full fourteen-week journey. The Foundation is a lower-commitment way to begin.
