Terms & Conditions

The Reset Society B.V. | KVK 89458257 | Effective: 1 June 2026

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and online programmes offered by The Reset Society B.V., registered in the Netherlands under KVK number 89458257 ("The Reset Society", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing our website or purchasing a programme, you agree to these Terms.

If you have questions, contact us at hello@theresetsociety.co.

2. Our Services

The Reset Society offers online personal development courses and programmes (201cProgrammes201d). Access to Programmes is provided via our website or a third-party course platform after successful purchase and account creation.

3. Eligibility

Our Programmes are intended for adults aged 18 and over. By purchasing or enrolling, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must not share your account access with others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that are shared or used in breach of these Terms.

5. Purchases and Payment

All prices are listed in Euros (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required by Dutch law. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider. Your enrolment is confirmed once payment is successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

6. Cancellation and Refund Policy

We want you to feel confident in your purchase. Our refund policy is as follows:

  • You may request a full refund within 30 days of your purchase date, provided you have not completed more than 20% of the programme content.

  • Refund requests should be submitted to hello@theresetsociety.co with your name, order reference, and reason for the request.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to your original payment method.

  • After 30 days, or where the programme has been substantially accessed, refunds are granted at our sole discretion.

If you are a consumer based in the EU, you have a statutory right of withdrawal of 14 days from the date of purchase, unless you have already started accessing digital content and waived this right at checkout. The 30-day policy above is more generous than this statutory minimum and does not limit your legal rights.

7. Intellectual Property

All content within our Programmes — including text, audio, video, worksheets, and exercises — is the intellectual property of The Reset Society and protected by copyright. You are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to access and use this content for your own private use only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, resell, publicly display, or create derivative works from any programme content without our prior written consent.

8. Programme Content and Results

Our Programmes are designed to support personal development. However, we do not guarantee specific outcomes or results. Individual results will vary based on personal effort, circumstances, and other factors outside our control.

Our content is for educational and informational purposes only and does not constitute professional psychological, therapeutic, medical, or legal advice. If you are experiencing serious mental health concerns, please seek qualified professional support.

9. Acceptable Use

When participating in any community features or live sessions, you agree to:

  • Treat all participants and facilitators with respect

  • Not record, share, or distribute session content without explicit permission

  • Not engage in harassment, discrimination, or abusive behaviour

  • Not use the platform to promote commercial services or spam

We reserve the right to remove you from a programme without refund if you breach these conduct standards.

10. Availability and Modifications

We aim to make our Programmes available at all times, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access due to maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances beyond our control. We reserve the right to modify programme content, but will not materially reduce the value of a programme you have already purchased without offering an appropriate remedy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Dutch law, The Reset Society B.V. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our Programmes or website. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Programme.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands. If you are a consumer in the EU, you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform at ec.europa.eu/odr.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or website notice. Continued use of our services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
