OUR APPROACH
The Reset Method
Most personal development starts with goals. Reset starts somewhere else.
Reset is a journey of learning to listen to yourself again. Developing awareness where it's been missing, rebuilding trust in your emotions and body, aligning your thoughts, feelings and actions, and creating a life that reflects what truly matters to you.
We begin by helping you reconnect with what you genuinely want in the areas of your life that matter most.
Relationships. Work. Health. Money. Purpose. Community. Creativity.
Then, together with a group of like-minded people, we uncover the patterns standing in the way, build emotional capacity, and practise new ways of behaving in real time.
Why Reset Works Differently
They often miss the patterns that keep people stuck. And those patterns follow us everywhere.
People-pleasing can show up as burnout, resentment, or difficulty setting boundaries. Perfectionism can look like anxiety, procrastination, or never feeling good enough. Disconnection from yourself can appear as overthinking, indecision, or continuing to build a life that no longer feels like your own.
Different on the surface. Same root.
Many programs focus on goals, habits, accountability or behavior change. These can be helpful.
In Reset, we don't just work on the surface problem. We find the pattern underneath it.
Self-reflection is not a room to be locked into.
It is a doorway back into living.

INSIDE THE PROGRAM
What happens on day one
Self-study
Within minutes of enrolling you receive a welcome email with access to the program platform on Notion. Module 0 — the program introduction and your regulation toolkit — is immediately available. Module 1 opens whenever you're ready to begin.
You'll also receive your digital workbook, an invitation to the Reset Society WhatsApp community, and your accountability partner match.
Live cohort
Within minutes of enrolling you receive a welcome email with access to the program platform on Notion. Module 0 is immediately available — read it before your group's shared start date, at your own pace.
Your printed workbook is on its way to you by post and will arrive before the program begins. You'll also receive your digital version immediately.
Your first group call takes place in week one, after everyone has had time to read Module 0. You'll receive the details by email ahead of that call.
What a typical week looks like
The weekly module opens on your start date. The reading and reflection usually takes 45 to 60 minutes and includes a short video introduction. Over the following days you integrate what you're noticing into daily life, using your workbook to capture what comes up. A short reflection closes the module. The following week the next module opens.
Some modules ask more of you than others. Module 4 and Module 7 each run for two weeks, because thought patterns and behavioural change both require more time than a single week allows.
The workbook is your companion throughout — a guided journal you write in as you go, with prompts that help you slow down and reflect, and examples from real participants who have done this work before you.
Self-study participants bring their questions to the monthly live Q&A with Debby. Live cohort participants bring theirs to the weekly group call.
What you get with live support
A cohort call is a live, in-depth coaching session. Debby reads your assignments before each call. The call isn't a lecture or a summary of the module. It's where patterns get named, insights deepen, and new choices are practised in real time.
Across the program, you'll receive more than 21 hours of live coaching and group support, plus two private coaching sessions with Debby. The private sessions exist for what group space cannot do: they focus on the particular shape your patterns take and the places you get stuck.
You'll also have the opportunity to participate in hot seat coaching sessions, where real-life situations are explored live with the support of the group. These sessions are often described as the turning point of the program.
You'll have direct access to both Debby and Jolanda throughout the program, offering a level of guidance, accountability, and support designed to help you translate insight into lasting transformation.
INSIDE THE PROGRAM
Your companion throughout the fourteen weeks
A printable guided companion — one for each of the four phases. You write in it as you go. It is where the work actually happens: the reflections, the tracking, the exercises, the moments you want to remember.
Each workbook opens with your regulation toolkit so it is always within reach. Participants often describe it as the thing they return to most after the program ends.
The workbook is available as a printable PDF for self-study participants and is mailed as a physical to cohort participants before the program begins.

The Reset Curriculum
A 14-week progression from awareness to action.
Change rarely happens all at once.
Reset is structured as a journey: first seeing your life and your dreams clearly, then understanding the patterns shaping your current reality. After that, creating change, and finally learning how to live that change in everyday life.

Phase 1
Take stock
See your life clearly before trying to change it.
01
Life audit
Life audit
You map ten key areas of your life — where you are, what you've been tolerating, and what you actually want. Then you dream, properly, without editing yourself for what seems realistic. Most people describe this as the first time they have looked at their own life this honestly. You choose three focus areas. Everything that follows is built around those.
Outcome
Understand where you are, what you want and what has been shaping your choices.
02
Inner voices
Inner voices
You meet the inner voices that have been shaping your decisions without your full awareness — the fear voice, the critic, the part that resists effort, the part that feels powerless. You learn to recognise them, name them, and begin to interrupt them. Participants often find this module both confronting and a little funny. You will recognise things you have been listening to for years.
Outcome
Recognise the beliefs, habits and automatic responses that run your life.
03
Emotional regulation
Emotional regulation
You learn to stay with what you feel rather than immediately explaining, fixing, or avoiding it. This is not therapy. It is a practical skill — the ability to notice what is happening in your body before the story takes over. It sounds simple. Most people find it takes more practice than they expected.
Outcome
Strengthen emotional resilience and rewrite the story you live from.
Phase 2
Understand
Make sense of the patterns that keep you stuck.
04
Thought patterns
Two weeks
Thought patterns
Two weeks
You track the automatic thoughts that shape your days — the beliefs driving your decisions. You learn to question them without fighting them, and to replace them with something steadier. This module runs across two weeks because thought patterns are deeply ingrained. One week is not enough.
Outcome
Awareness of the mental patterns that keep you repeating the same cycles.
05
Inherited patterns
Inherited patterns
You look at what you learned early — from your family, your environment, the dynamics you grew up in. Not to assign blame, but to understand why certain responses feel automatic. What your nervous system learned to do for safety is not who you are. But it is what you are working with. This module tends to unlock things.
Outcome
Clarity about the patterns you inherited and the ones you want to keep (or leave behind).
06
Real-time agency
Real-time agency
You practise catching yourself in the moment — the seconds between activation and action. You learn to pause, regulate, and choose. This is where the earlier modules start to become visible in daily life. Small moments. Ordinary situations. But different now.
Outcome
More choice in how you respond, instead of running on autopilot.
Phase 3
Change
Build the capacity to respond differently in real time.
07
Behavioural integrity
Two weeks
Behavioural integrity
Two weeks
You make small, specific promises to yourself and track whether you keep them. Not as a performance exercise — as a way of building evidence that your word has weight. Self-trust does not come from thinking well of yourself. It comes from acting in accordance with what you say matters. This module runs across two weeks because real behavioural change requires time to accumulate evidence. One week is not enough.
Outcome
Trust in yourself grows because your actions match your words.
08
Emotional release
Emotional release
You turn toward the experiences that still carry charge — the things you have not fully processed, the conversations that never happened, the moments where you adapted instead of expressing. This module works with what is still unfinished. It requires energy. It also tends to free up energy that has been quietly maintaining itself in the background. Note: this module is gated behind a personal video from Debby and a live Q&A for both formats. The work goes deeper here and we want you to have support before you enter it.
Outcome
More emotional space, energy and ease in daily life.
09
Personal narrative
Personal narrative
You put language to what you have been carrying. Through a series of short private letters — not to send, but to write — you name what happened, what you felt, what you needed, and what you are choosing now. When experiences have words, they tend to loosen their grip.
Outcome
A stronger sense of identity and direction that comes from within.
Phase 4
Live it
Integrate and embody the life you want to live.
10
Boundaries
Boundaries
Boundaries are not about becoming harder or more closed. They are about becoming more flexible — staying connected to yourself while staying in contact with others. You practise noticing the moments where your time, energy, or honesty is leaking, and you learn to respond with small, clear actions. This module is meant to be lived, not completed in one sitting.
Outcome
More clarity in your commitments and more energy for what matters.
11
Difficult conversations
Difficult conversations
You practise saying the thing you have been softening, avoiding, or letting pass. Two conversations during the week — one low-stakes, one slightly harder. The goal is not eloquence. It is steadiness. Learning that you can say something honest and the relationship can survive it.
Outcome
Stronger relationships and fewer things left unsaid.
12
Identity & integrity
Identity & integrity
You write your personal manifesto — not a set of aspirations but a set of behavioural commitments. Who you are choosing to be now, in ordinary moments, on difficult days. You complete a final review of everything you have worked through. And you leave with a self-leadership contract: a clear, practical guide to how you will continue this work on your own.
Outcome
A life that reflects who you are becoming.
