This program works well for people who are tired, overwhelmed, or rebuilding after burnout — as long as there's enough steadiness to engage. You don't need to feel ready. You just need to be able to show up. If you're in acute burnout right now, the Foundation or a period of rest first will serve you better.

Most programs work with one layer — mindset, behaviour, or emotion. This program works across all three, and adds a fourth: the body.
